My name is Melissa Place.  I am the Owner of Mel's Cheesecakes and More, LLC.  I am located in Johnston County, North Carolina.  Most often I can be found in Benson, or Four Oaks.

Baking has been a love of mine for as long as I can remember.   Over the past ten years I have been baking custom order cheesecakes and cheesecake cupcakes for birthdays, weddings, baby showers and other special occasions.  In August of 2024 my husband and I purchased a concession trailer.  Now there is a way for me to get my sweet creations to more people.  I plan to have it in Johnston County on a regular basis and hope to make it into Wake County on occasion.  I look forward to expanding my business and plan on attending as many festivals as possible.  Please be on the lookout for me in my big yellow concession trailer.
